It is currently implementing projects in the areas of skill development, income generation and livelihood development. The organization is currently seeking to appoint a Finance Officer to manage its financial operations.
The Placement Officer will be responsible for ensuring the Placements of the students trained across all Trades & projects managed by NIYATEE FOUNDATION and to ensure that NIYATEE FOUNDATION is the training Institute of choice for employers.
1. Coordinate with programme team on planning, development and submission of funder proposals in consultation with the Manager. 2. Conduct monthly & weekly review meetings with programme team. 3. Must manage the entire centre operations, keep records, manage and mobilize participants and volunteers, Field visits, arrange events, coordinate with instructors, manage marketing activities, support fundraising and any other reasonable activity that is needed to make the centre and its participants successful. 4. Overall day-to-day management of the centre. 5. Co-ordination with placement partners regularly. 6. Student Enrolments for 100% capacity utilization of the centre. 7. Student Placement – preparing students for interviews, counseling students if required, training students in areas they need to improve to ensure 100% placement. 8. Monitoring faculty and student performance. 9. Maintaining Monthly Expenses of the centre/ Budgeting. 10. Liaising with the local NGOs and the community to maintain positive energies towards the centre.
